Delivery Procedures
Deliveries of all our products are made by various methods depending on the size of load and distance. Please ensure the delivery address you give us at the time of ordering, that some person will be available Monday - Friday and normal working hours 9 am - 5.30 pm to accept delivery.
With all forms of transport the driver will request that the paperwork is signed to confirm receipt of the goods. The paperwork will state that the goods are Received in Good Condition. Please check goods before signing paperwork
If goods or packaging are damaged sign the docket and amend 'received in good condition' TO DAMAGED
Always check the quantity of boxes and note any shortages on the drivers paperwork.
We are not covered by the insurance, against any damage in transit onece the paperwork has been signed 'received in good condition'
Any damages or shortages must be reported within 3 days.
Deliveries will be to ground floor only
Please retain packaging / boxes for any damaged items. These will need to be re-packaged in original boxes or packaging to enable us to collect.
